Process Stages and Activities:

• Evaluation/Setup Stage: discovery, research, analysis, general requirements, strategy, recommendations
• Specification Stage: content planning, information architecture, physical or functional requirements, technical planning
• Creative Concept Stage: brand implementation, design sketching, creative review, user testing, refinement
• Production/Construction: finished artwork, detailed layout, template creation, prepress preparation (scanning, color correction, proofing), page coding and system programming, file output, printing and finishing
• Testing/QA: error detection, quality analysis, corrections
• Delivery/Deployment: packaging, shipping/distribution, Web site deployment
